To install extra artwork (icon themes, gtk themes, etc) in Gutsy just type the following:
sudo apt-get install tangerine-icon-theme tango-icon-theme tango-icon-theme-common gnome-themes gnome-themes-extras tango-icon-theme-extras firefox-themes-ubuntu openoffice.org-style-* industrial-cursor-theme industrialtango-theme
